Delivery & Return Terms

This English text is an unofficial translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version of these terms is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Product Type

VoxoMix is a digital software subscription service. There is no physical product delivery. The purchased subscription plan is defined to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. Digital Delivery

When you purchase a subscription:

• Your account is upgraded immediately after payment confirmation
• Your plan information is updated within the application
• You can access your new features right away
• A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address

3. Subscription Duration

Monthly	30 days	Automatic (unless cancelled)
Yearly	365 days	Automatic (unless cancelled)

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

• Your service continues until the end of the current subscription period
• No fee is charged for the next period
• To cancel, you may write to info@voxomix.com

5. Refund Policy

Since VoxoMix is a digital service, under Article 49 of Turkey's Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.

Nevertheless, a refund may be considered in the following cases:

• The service could not be used at all due to a technical error
• There was a problem with subscription activation
• A duplicate (double) payment occurred

For refund requests, please contact info@voxomix.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests are evaluated within 5 business days at the latest.

6. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure. Your card details are not stored by us.
