How we process your personal data

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed within the scope of the VoxoMix application and the www.voxomix.com website, operated by Barış Demirel, under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

The VoxoMix desktop application processes the music files you upload only on your local computer. Your audio files are never sent to or stored on any external server.

Industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and security measures are applied to protect your data. Your payment information is processed on iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Your account data is retained while your account is active and for 2 years after the account is deleted. Payment records are kept for 10 years as required by law.

Our website stores a small amount of information in your browser that is required for it to work (your language preference and the cookie choice described below). These are not used for advertising or tracking.
Beyond that, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This measurement runs only with your explicit consent: unless you select “Accept” in the banner shown on your first visit, no analytics cookie is set and no request is sent to Google.
If you consent, the data processed is: the pages you visit, the source you arrived from, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser information, and interactions such as download and button clicks. This data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) and may be stored on servers outside your country. Your name, email address and account details are not included in this measurement.
An important distinction: this measurement applies to the voxomix.com website only. The VoxoMix desktop app does not send your music files to any server for analysis; stem separation, chord, tempo and lyrics processing all happen on your computer.
You can change your cookie choice at any time:
With the separate, explicit opt-in consent you provide during sign-up, we may send you commercial electronic messages by email, such as new-version notices, price updates, campaigns and new-product announcements. This consent is not a precondition for registering for the service; you can fully use the service even if you do not check it.
Commercial electronic messages are sent within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its related regulation. Your consents are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS).
Opt-out: You may exercise your right to refuse free of charge at any time via the link at the bottom of every commercial email, by sending a request to info@voxomix.com, or through İYS. Your refusal request is processed within 3 business days at the latest.
Note: Informational emails relating to the operation of the service — such as subscription renewal, payment confirmation, email verification and password reset — are not commercial electronic messages and are therefore sent independently of this consent.
