Under Turkey's Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection

BUYER
The user who registers for the VoxoMix application and purchases a subscription.
This agreement governs the rights and obligations relating to the digital software subscription service that the BUYER purchases via www.voxomix.com, within the scope of Turkey's Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The order is completed when the BUYER selects the relevant plan and confirms it by entering payment information. Payment is securely collected through the iyzico payment infrastructure. The subscription becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed.
The service subject to sale is digital in nature and is defined to the BUYER's account immediately upon confirmation of payment. There is no physical delivery.
Pursuant to Article 49/4 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, once performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
By completing the subscription purchase, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this.
Nevertheless, in cases such as the service being completely unusable or a technical malfunction, a refund may be considered at the SELLER's discretion. For requests: info@voxomix.com
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. The BUYER may terminate the subscription by sending a cancellation request to info@voxomix.com before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no mid-period refund is made.
The BUYER's personal data is processed within the scope of the Privacy Policy and protected in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. The consumer may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts. For complaints, the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) may also be used via e-Devlet.
This agreement enters into force at the moment it is approved by the BUYER and remains valid until the subscription ends.
By purchasing a subscription, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this agreement.
