Please read before using VoxoMix
This English text is an unofficial translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version of these terms is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxoMix desktop application, the www.voxomix.com website and all related services (together, the "Service") provided by Barış Demirel ("VoxoMix", "we"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery and Return Terms. Details on payment, subscription, cancellation and the right of withdrawal are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement; details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these documents, the document specific to the relevant subject applies with priority.

User: The natural person who registers for and/or uses the Service.
VoxoMix is desktop software that uses AI-powered audio processing to separate music files into vocal, drum, bass, guitar, piano and other instrument layers ("Stems"), and that offers additional features such as tempo (BPM), key, chord and song-structure analysis. Audio files are processed on the user's own device (locally); raw audio files are not uploaded to or stored on VoxoMix servers.
VoxoMix offers limited features with a free plan and extended features with paid Basic and Pro plans. Plan contents and pricing are shown on the Plans page at www.voxomix.com and within the application.
You need to create an account to use the paid features of the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and, if you are between 13 and 18, that you have the consent of your parent/guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, for your account security (including your password) and for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify us immediately at info@voxomix.com.
Pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation and right-of-withdrawal conditions for paid plans are set out in detail in the Distance Sales Agreement. In summary:
"User Content" means the audio files you upload to the Service; "Output" means the stems, analysis results (BPM, key, chords, etc.) and other processed content that VoxoMix produces from those files.
VoxoMix uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning models for operations such as stem separation and tempo/key/chord detection. The results produced by these models may not always be 100% accurate; analysis results may contain errors, omissions or misdetections. The decision to use the Output and its consequences are entirely yours; VoxoMix gives no warranty as to the accuracy of the Output.
The VoxoMix software, interface, logo, brand name and all related source code, design and content ("Materials") are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and belong to VoxoMix. Under these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Service for your personal use only. Reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering or modifying the Materials is expressly prohibited.
While using the Service, you agree to refrain from the following conduct:
If use contrary to these rules is detected, VoxoMix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

VoxoMix reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. You may close your account at any time from the Profile page in the app or via info@voxomix.com. Account closure does not give rise to any right to a refund for the current paid period.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxoMix gives no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. VoxoMix's total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the relevant 12-month period. This limitation does not remove liability arising from VoxoMix's intent or gross negligence; the mandatory provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations are reserved.
You agree to indemnify VoxoMix for any damages, claims and reasonable attorney's fees that VoxoMix may incur due to a breach of these Terms, unauthorized or improper use of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
VoxoMix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from these Terms. Users who qualify as consumers may submit their complaints to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits. For other disputes, the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
With the separate, explicit consent you provide during sign-up, you may receive commercial electronic messages by email, such as new-version, price-update, campaign and new-product announcements. This consent is not a mandatory condition of registering for the service and may be withdrawn free of charge at any time. Consents are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) under Law No. 6563; you may exercise your right to refuse via the link in each message, at info@voxomix.com, or through İYS. Informational emails about the operation of the service (subscription, payment, verification, password) are outside this scope. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
